*Returns for a Coupon Credit*

You have 15 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return for a coupon credit. Please follow these steps:

PLEASE NOTE, WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY.

*Processing Time*

Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your returned item(s) for us to process your return and issue the coupon credit. We will notify you via email once the return has been processed.

*Conditions for Returns*

- The item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

- We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- We only accept the returns within 15 days after delivery.

- Returns and exchanges are not applicable on orders that are Made to Order.

*How to use the Credit Note*

 - Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’.

- You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your given discount amount.
